⛈The scale up recently expanded outside the US but  retained  the existing member acquisition flow designed to sign up to an annual membership first then book rides. This constrained acquisition as customers could not first check availability to book a trip before signing up.

✅Defined design requirements and user stories to evolve the new member acquisition flow and existing membership plan management experience.

🎯Enabled the launch of a freemium acquisition model driving +50% new active members. This approach was also rolled out in the US platform.
