Over 20 years of experience in product, marketing, innovation and strategy with a record of customer performance growth in a range of Consumer (D2C and Retail) and SME industries.

My experience blends digital and physical product and service development with a focus on customer insight, value proposition, brand and product marketing, digital and offline and customer experience. I have led end to end execution through to sales and service operations, digital front end and back end.

I love to build and communicate experiences that customers choose and return to. I have helped brands such as Zipcar, Eurostar, Avis, Deliveroo, EE and Carphone Warehouse, to respond to the new demands from merging digital and physical customer experience and evolve how to package accordingly products, service and subscription portfolios to drive customer acquisition, trade up and loyalty.
